| 摘 要： | 城市生活垃圾的剧增与处理现状之间的矛盾使得垃圾的分类回收尤为关键。因此,对城市生活垃圾的回收模式进行探讨显得非常必要。在学习西方国家垃圾回收经验的基础上,分析垃圾回收的障碍因素以及回收模式中的影响因素,初步总结出一个新的城市生活垃圾回收模式,即以市民为中心,包括政府、回收企业、物业单位在内的四位一体模式,并对如何实现这一模式提出了几点建议。
