| 摘 要： | 人才结构与经济协调发展是促进经济社会又好又快发展的重要保障。运用产业专业人才结构偏离度、行业等级位差和动态协调度三个指标,分别测度了陕西人才产业结构、人才行业结构和人才层次结构状况。结果显示,陕西人才结构和产业结构仍不协调,尤其是高学历人才的增长速度明显滞后于经济发展的增长速度。由此提出进一步促进陕西人才结构与经济协调发展的措施建议。
