| 摘 要： | 边界共生旅游资源是一种特殊的旅游资源。边界共生旅游资源的各个行政区域之间有竞争,但更重要的是合作。要根据各方的市场经济发展水平、旅游发展程度及以前合作的基础,本着"平等、互信、互利"的原则,实行竞争性的合作,建立初级和高级两种合作模式。

| Abstract: | The tourism resource in the shared-border region is a special kind of tourism resources, where related administrative institutions and regions have their competitions and cooperation. Such important cooperation, based on the principle of equality and mutual trust and benefit, should take their actual situations related to the their economic and tourism development into consideration and rely on the primary and the advanced models. |
