| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济、文化、教育等领域的进一步开放,我国护理教育的发展既遇到了机遇,也面临着挑战。英国护理教育的教学目标、培养模式(专业设置、学制、课程设置、考试)和教育管理等方面,有许多内容值得我们学习借鉴。吸收国外的先进经验,可以加快我国护理教育改革的步伐,尽快与发达国家的护理教育接轨。

| Abstract: | After entering WTO,with our economy,culture and education further opening,our nursing education not only meets the opportunities but also faces the challenges.This thesis mainly gives the comparative study on the following three aspects between British and Chinese nursing education: teaching purpose,cultivating mode(specialty and course arrangement,educational system and examinations) and education management.In order to speed up our nursing education reform and make it keep up with the world level,this thesis proposes the reform direction for our senior nursing education based on the foreign countries' experiences. |
