利用模糊综合评判评价营销员业务培训绩效

摘    要:通过把营销业务培训绩效的影响因素分为两类,找出具体的影响因素,根据各因素的作用程度赋予不同权重,建立了双层次模型。利用模糊综合评判方法对各级因素进行综合评判,并可进一步得到各个因素的评价信息。完成了对营销员业务培训绩效所进行的评价。

Abstract:After dividing the performances of marketing professional training into two big classes,and finding several concrete influential factors in every kind of major influential.We give different weight according to every functional degree of factors,and set up a model of pair levels.The factors at all levels are judged synthetically,with the fuzzy synthetical judging method and judged information of each factor can be further obtained,thus completing the appraisal on marketer's professional training performance.
