| Abstract: | The writing and reading of prose is generally considered as a means of hunan communication, with its sincerity and intimacy,which also accounts for the primary aesthetic essence of the contemporary prose in Hunan. And it is the culture in this province that helps nourish and cultivate its fraitful products. Major factors, such as Man. Time ,and Life, Mind, Experience and Contemplation, Culture, Feeling and Personality as well, constitute the typical themes of those noted pieces. But frankly speaking, there still leaves much to be improved in future prose writing in this province. |
