| 摘 要： | 从学生管理工作的角度研究探讨了应用创新型人才培养模式的问题。论述了应用创新型人才培养过程中学生主体地位、学生管理工作及第二课堂等方面的人才培养模式的困境，从学生管理角度提出了应用创新型人才培养模式，指出了学生实践能力是应用创新型人才培养的基础作用，导师制、社团活动、校园文化活动是应用创新型人才培养的重要途径，这些观点对于探索应用创新型人才培养模式起到了一定的作用。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses the problems of cultivating pattern of applicative and innovative talents from the perspective of the work of student management. It discusses the main status of students and the difficult situation of student management and talents cultivating pattern, which is caused by the after-school activities during the cultivating process. It proposes the basic role of students＇ practical ability,the cultivating pattern of applicative and innovative talents and the important way to cultivate applicative and innovative talents including the supervisor system, the campus cultural activities and group activities. All of the above points play a promotive role in the research on the cultivating pattern of applicative and innovative talents. |
