知识经济时代的图书馆所面临的挑战与机遇并存 ,图书馆应从知识与人的角度出发 ,以建立知识信息管理中心和教育中心为自身定位 ;同时从知识结构与实用能力两个方面对图书馆员重新定位 ,以适应知识经济时代的图书馆对馆员的更高要求。

The Reorientation of the Libraries and Librarians in the Times of the Intellectual Economy

In this article,by analyzing the intellectual economy and its main features,I think the challenges and the opportunities faced by the libraries exist side by side in the time of the intellectual economy and so I put forward that the libraries should start from the point of view of knowledge and take it as their own fixed position to set up the information managing centers and the educational centers. Meanwhile,the librarians should be reorientated from both aspects of knowledge constructure and the practical ability to fit in with the higher demand of the libraries in the time of the intellectual economy.
