摘    要:文章论述了学分制的本质特征,指出以学分计算学生的学习进程只是学分制的表征,以目前中国高校学制的几个区别性特征分析改良的学制实质为学年制,并探讨了学分制产生发展的经济制度、文化与社会心理条件。而这些条件在我国并不成熟,因此目前推行学分制必然走样。

Abstract:The article analyzes the essential characteristics of credit system,pointing out that to evaluate students' learning progress by credits is only a surface presentation of credit system.The distinguishing features of academic system in China at present shows that it is not credit system but a reformed academic year system.Credit system is a product of certain economic,cultural and social psychological conditions and these conditions are not yet mature enough in China.That is why the present version of credit system as in China is inevitably malformed.
