现代企业性质再解读——基于劳动分工与组织演进角度的阐释

在对现有研究企业性质的理论进行回顾的基础上,我们发现,传统理论只是从成本的角度对企业性质加以界定,而现代经济条件下企业间战略联盟以及企业内部组织结构中人力资本作用的凸显等企业制度的创新趋势表明,只有从劳动分工和组织演进的角度出发,强调获利能力在企业发展中的重要作用,才能对企业的性质作出更加全面而深刻的认识。

A discourse upon the Nature of the Firm in Modern Economy: the perspective of the division of labour and the evolution of organization

On the retrospect of the theories about the nature of the firm,this paper finds that the traditional theories define the nature of the firm only from the angle of cost,but the trend of enterprise institutional innovation such as enterprise strategic alliance,the important function of human resource in the enterprise organizational framework indicates that the more overall and deeper understanding about the nature of the firm must be on the study of the division of labour,the evolution of organization and the profit capacity of enterprise.
