| 摘 要： | 新时期加强党的先进性建设和党的执政能力建设,既是推进党的建设新的伟大工程的重点,也是中国共产党社会公信力得以提升的主要途径。加强党的先进性建设,是通过推进党的思想建设、组织建设、作风建设和制度建设来进行的。加强党的执政能力建设,要不断提高驾驭社会主义市场经济、发展社会主义民主政治、建设社会主义先进文化、构建社会主义和谐社会、应对国际局势和处理国际事务五个方面的能力。
