| 摘 要： | 创新是一个民族进步的灵魂，一个国家发展的不竭动力。培养高素质的创新型人才是教育的深刻变革，应把传授知识、培养能力、提高素质、发展个性作为一个整体去考虑，从文化环境、教学、培养模式、社会实践等方面培养高素质创新型人才。
