| 摘 要： | 政治宽容与政治冲突的互动关系研究是冲突政治学的重要组成部分。在民主政治条件下,非暴力政治冲突与政治宽容才存在必然的联系。本文分为四个部分:政治反对派与民主政治的包容性;政府宽容政治反对派的原理;政体形态与政治代价的关系;推进政治民主化的政治策略。

| Abstract: | The interactive relationship between political tolerance and political confliction is an important part of political science of conflicts. But there is not much systematic research work on the issue so far. This paper approaches to the issue from the view of Robert A. Dahl and focuses on the point of the integrity of the two aspects, that is the necessary co-existence of non-violent political conflicts and political tolerence under the condition of democratic politics. There are four parts in the paper: political opposition and democratic inclus- iveness; tolerant policies from government towards political opponents; relation between government mor- phology and political expense; political tactics of advancement of political democracy. |
