哈尔滨航空工业集团的技术发展历程研究

哈尔滨航空工业集团是隶属于中国航空工业第二集团公司的一个大型企业集团,从建国初期的一个修理厂发展为有职工13000余人的大型企业集团,其发展历程大致可以分为三个阶段:建国初期到改革开放以前为其第一发展阶段;改革开放以后到20世纪末为第二发展阶段;21世纪初到现在为其第三发展阶段。三个发展阶段的划分,反映了不同历史时期的政治、经济、环境对企业技术发展的影响。从对三个发展阶段的研究还可以看出,哈航集团的技术进步取得了巨大的成就,为我国航空事业的发展做出了重要贡献,但其技术发展水平同西方发达国家相比,还存在较大差距,因此,应采取积极的措施,以便促进哈航集团的技术发展速度。

Research on Technology Development of Harbin Aviation Industry (Group) Ltd.

Harbin Aviation Industry(Group) Ltd.is a sub-corporation of China Aviation Industry Corporation II,which has developed into a huge corporation group with more than 13000 employments from a small repair factory.It's development can be divided into three stages: the first stage is from the foundation of our country to the eve of the reformation;the second stage is from early days of reformation to the end of 20th century;the third stage is from the 21st century to present.It can be found from the three stages that technology advancement of Harbin Aviation Industry(Group) Ltd.Has been accelerated,but there is still a long way to go if to catch up with the world advanced level.
