| Abstract: | The modern students studying in U.S.A. were not only the result of Sino-American educational exchange, but also the main motivity and medium of studying and returning of American education and organized exchanging. The Exchange was of agility, profundity and perfect in a bilateral, equal and multi-dimensional way, though with many shortages in practice. |
