| 摘 要： | 在中国经济正处在转型升级的关键时刻,要保持现有的快速成长,必须有效地推动中国更多家族企业转型升级,在战略上进行脱胎换骨的公司变革,要求企业确立正确的发展政策,制定相应的战略,有效地利用各种资源,实现企业的快速健康的成长。作者通过调研,基于越商新生代视角进行了观察与分析。
