| 摘 要： | 发展循环经济是实施可持续发展战略和走新型工业化道路的必然选择。文章结合钢铁企业的产业结构特点,遵循循环经济、生态工业理念,构建了循环经济型钢铁企业的发展模式。通过产品的横向耦合共生,产业链的纵向延伸,能量高效利用以及废弃资源的循环利用,从企业、群落和社会三个层次提出了源头减量的技术、节约能量的措施、与社会其他行业共生的网络以及废弃物资源化的途径,并指出了钢铁企业发展循环经济的支撑保障体系。

| Abstract: | Developing circulation economy is the inevitable choice to implement the sustainable development strategy and to embark on a new industrialized road. In combination with the characteristics of the industrial structure of the iron and steel industry, this article attempts to construct the development model of the iron and steel industry with circulation economy according to the idea of circulation economy and ecological industry. Through transverse coupling symbiosis for products, longitudinal extending for industry chains, efficient utilization of energy and recycling of waste resource, it puts forward ways for source reducing technology, measures for saving energy, symbiotic networks with other industries and approaches for waste recovery at different levels of enterprise, community and society. In addition, it also points out the support system for developing circulation economy in the iron and steel industry. |
