河北省沿海产业集群的低碳发展路径研究

低碳经济是中国未来发展的重要趋势,如何有效地发展沿海产业集群,走低碳产业道路,促进经济健康平稳的增长,是当前河北省沿海经济发展面临的一个重要课题。本文在对河北省沿海产业集群现有产业结构作较深入分析的基础上,根据低碳经济的发展需要,提出应充分发挥政府行政作用,积极引入河北省具有一定产业优势的机械装备制造业及新能源等低碳产业,通过产业链延伸及补链,科学构建产业集群,打造低碳产业园区,促使沿海产业结构优化,并大力发展与工业相匹配的现代服务业,加大力度治理沿海内地的污染企业,利用地理优势发展沿海经济,实现区域经济协调发展。

The Development Approaches to Low-carbon Industries in the Coastal Areas of Hebei Province

Low-carbon economy is the development orientation of China and also an important project in the economic development in the coastal areas of Hebei Province.This paper,according to the needs of low-carbon economy,proposes that governments should play the role of administration,machinery and equipment manufactures as well as new energy industries should be set up,industrial groups should be formed scientifically and low-carbon industrial zones should be built so as to promote the upgrading of industrial structure,modern services for low-carbon industries,to control the pollution of industries so that economy in the coastal areas will develop harmoniously.
