西方马克思主义大众文化理论的辩证维度

随着社会的发展,大众文化的作用日益凸显,大众文化研究亦成为学术界关注的前沿。西方马克思主义始终把大众文化作为重要的研究对象,但其成员对大众文化却得出了不同的结论。本雅明、洛文塔尔充分肯定了大众文化的积极作用,霍克海默、阿多诺对其持激烈的批判态度,葛兰西、马尔库塞、哈贝马斯的态度则更加复杂。本文试用马克思主义的辩证方法对这一现象展开深入的分析。

The Dialectical Dimension of the Theory of Popular Culture in the Western Marxism

With the social development,the role of the popular culture is obvious,and the research of it has attracted the attention.In the Western Marxism,the popular culture has been considered as an important research object,but the research results are different.Walter Benjamin,Leo loewenthal and others think the popular culture has a positive role,but M.Max Horkheimer,Theodor Wiesengrund Adorno don’t think so.Antonio Gramsci,Herbert Marcuse and Jürgen Habermas are more complex.This paper wants to give a further analysis in the opinion of Marxist dialectics.
