| 摘 要： | 高校院系管理体制是根据高校管理体制的变化而变化的,在对高校院系党政共同负责制的实施现状进行分析的基础上,对高校院系党政共同负责制的实施途径进行研究,提出了在高校院系实施党政共同负责制要明确法律地位、确立决策机构,并要优化班子结构、提高领导干部素质等观点。

| Abstract: | The changes of the management system for colleges/faculties are varying according to the needs of universities. This article analyzes the status quo and researches the ways for the System of Responsibility assumed by both the Party and the Administration in colleges/faculties, putting forward the views of clearing the legal status, establishing decision - making system, optimizing the groups structure and improving the quality of leading cadres. |
