| 摘 要： | 研究权力时大凡会提及权力的基础问题。但目前权力基础的研究路径均是“政治→法律”或“法律→政治”。事实上，除了政治法律基础，权力的存在还有其道德基础，这一道德基础便是公民的良序生活。从政治伦理视域看，权力构建的公民良序生活有三个特点，即它是符合人道的而非弱肉强食的，是道义的而非单纯依靠强制力来维系的，是体现“公共”意志而非“阶级”意志。
