| 摘 要： | 书院作为中国历史上颇具特色的教育教学组织形式 ,在其形成与发展的过程中 ,形成以下突出的特征 :(一 )教育教学与学术研究相结合 ;(二 )注重发展学生个性 ,提倡教学相长。古代书院的这些教育教学特色对当代高等教育改革提供了有益的启示
