摘    要:
中华老字号"全聚德"始建于1864年(清同治三年),历经144年的传承与创新,获得了长足的发展。新时期的全聚德坚持实施品牌战略,不断提高餐饮老字号企业的核心竞争力,以"中国第一餐饮,世界一流美食,国际知名品牌"为夙愿,正努力将中华美食品牌进一步推向世界。

Abstract:
After 144 years of inheritance and innovation,China time-honored food brand QUANJUDE which was founded in 1864,has made remarkable advances.In the new period QUANJUDE has been implementing the strategy of brand,improving the core competitiveness unceasingly.With the long-cherished hope of China first food and world-class gourmandize and international famous brand,QUANJUDE is making a good effort to promote China food brand abroad further.
