摘    要:立足对"导师制"培养学生实践智慧的历史沿革考察,就新的"双导师全程指导"模式与"高年级实习指导和毕业论文指导"进行比较,从实践中得出结论,"双导师全程指导"乃是培养小教本科生实践智慧的最佳模式和有效途径。

Abstract:Based on the review of tutorial system,comparison was made between whole-process double tutorial system and the guidance for senior students' practice and thesis.Through analysis it is believed that the whole-process double tutorial model is the most effective way to cultivate the practice intelligence of undergraduates for primary education.
