高职院校教师招聘中存在问题及对策

摘    要:完善教师招聘制度,严把教师入口关,是切实加快高职院校师资队伍建设的关键。针对当前高职院校教师招聘过程中面临的问题进行了分析,认为目前在教师招聘中存在着人力资源规划尚未到位、招聘渠道相对单一、招聘流程还尚不完善、人员流动大、招聘成本高等问题,在此基础上,从制定人力资源战略规划、拓宽招聘思路、创新人才引进机制、完善招聘流程、注重全面科学测试、降低招聘成本等方面提出解决问题的对策,以保证招聘教师的质量,实现高职院校的可持续发展。

Abstract:It is important to perfect college teachers' recruitment system and hold the admission of teachers to accelerate the construction of teaching staff in senior vocational colleges.The article mainly analyzes the problems existing in the vocational colleges in recruiting teachers,and put forward the countermeasures so as to ensure the quality of recruited teachers and to achieve the sustainable development of the college education.
