| 摘 要： | 随着计算机技术及网络技术应用的普及和不断深入,高校在招生、教学、科研、管理等活动中产生了大量电子文件,电子文件档案已成为高校档案的重要组成部分。分析了高校电子文件档案管理中存在的诸多问题,并对高校电子文件档案管理中的保护、保管和保密措施进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | With the popularity of computer since and the application of network technology,a large number of electronic documents,as an essential part of academic archive,come into being in the course of enrollment,teaching and research,and management in academic routine work.Problems in the archive management of university electronic documents are analyzed,with discussion on their preservation,conservation and secrecy. |
