| 摘 要： | 遏制和消除腐败 ,必须加强对权力的制约和监督。要把好用人关 ,按照严格的标准和完备的程序用好人 ,是加强权力监督和遏制腐败的重要前提。消除腐败根本在法制 ,必须有健全的法制和果敢的执法力度。共产党是执政党 ,加强党内监督是关键环节。同时要加强权力监督和人民群众的监督 ,把多方位的监督都搞好 ,权力运行才能进入健康轨道 ,腐败才能被遏制直至根除。

Strengthen the supervision over power and contain the expansion of corruption |

| Abstract: | Containing and eliminating corruption must be based on strengthening power's restriction and supervision. We must ensure personnel soundness according to the stringent standards and the complete procedures.It is an important presupposition.We must amplify legal systems and enforce the dynamics of the law.It is a basic of eliminating corruption.We must strengthen many-sided supervisions.It is a critical link.Thus power mechanism can move in a healthy orbit and corruption can be eliminated at last. |
