With the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of market economy, virtual reality has become a hot spot in the information field, followed by artificial intelligence and big data. At present, virtual reality is widely used in military, aviation, education, entertainment, medicine and other fields, and the technology giants of various countries are also heavily engaged in the vast market of virtual reality. However, with the exponential growth and development of virtual reality, it has also emerged to seize patents, piracy, infringement, trademark registration and other intellectual property rights disorder problems.
