兼顾多评价对象差异与和谐的客观赋权方法

摘    要:在比较分析基于拉大差距的客观赋权方法和基于和谐思想的客观赋权方法的基础上,总结二者关系的三种性质,提出兼顾多评价对象差异与和谐的客观赋权方法,进而采用该方法对中国31个省份知识竞争力进行评价,验证了该方法的科学性。

Abstract:Based on comparative analysis of objective weighting methods based on accretion defferences and based on harmony,three characters of the relations between them are summarized,and a new objective weighting method is put forward by giving attention to the differences and harmony among multi-estimating-objects.And an empirical analysis is done to evaluate the knowledge competence of 31 regions of China by this method,which can verify its scientific.
