| 摘 要： | 扩大公民有序政治参与是党的十七大报告提出的重大课题。建国以来尤其是改革开放后,民主党派在我国公民政治参与中发挥了重要作用;民主党派在推进我国公民政治参与中有着独特的优势,其政治参与能力较强、政治参与热情较高、政治参与渠道广泛;应积极探索民主党派政治参与的新形式和新要求,充分发挥民主党派的利益代表功能和为社会公共利益服务的功能。

| Abstract: | Extending citizens＇ sequenced political participation has been an important topic of Chinese Communist Party＇ s 17th Plenary Session. Since the founding of PRC and China＇ s Reform and Open policy in particular, Democratic parties have occupied a important role in our country＇s civil politics participation. Beside its unique advantages, Democratic parties are very capable, passionate and having various ways of participating politics. We should actively explore new forms and new demands of Democratic parties＇ political participation, making full use of their power of representation and function of serving the general public. |
