| Abstract: | The paper introduced the legal status and effect of arbitration clause of bill of lading,and could get clearly acquaintanceship on the arbitration clauses by comparison between bill of lading of liner shipping and bill of lading of charter,and discussion of the instant arbitration application in China,and would know more the arbitration clause of the bill of lading and its legal affection. |
