| 摘 要： | 清朝建立以后即与新疆地区的各个民族建立了联系，经过康熙、雍正、乾隆三朝终于平定了准噶尔，统一了天山南北，制定并实施了一系列行之有效的民族政策，从而促进了内地与新疆、新疆南北两路之间民族的迁徙与流动。在此过程中，清初新疆“南回北准”的民族分布格局发生了根本的变化，并逐渐形成了各民族交错杂居、相对隔绝的分布特点；与这一变化相对应，清政府在新疆的民族政策也做了适当的调整，其影响及于近代。

| Abstract: | Qing Dynasty has established the relationships with the various nationalities in Xinjiang after its foundation. After the domination of Kangxi, Yongzheng and Qianlong, Junggar has been suppressed and Xinjiang has been unified. A serious effective policies towards nationalities have been drawn up, which promoted the migration and the mobility of natinalities between the innerland and Xinjiang, and also between the north and south parts of Xinjiang. In this process, the distribution pattern of nationalities in Xinjiang in the early Qing Dynasty has changed thoroughly. It gradually formed the distributive features of the residents＂ crisscrossing and their relative isolation. According to this pattern, Qing government also adjusted policies towards nationalities, which still have the influence now. |
