| Abstract: | On the combined strengths of both qualitative and qualitative analysis, as well as principal component analysis and systematic cluster analysis, the paper conducts a positive study on the economic differences between Hainan and the other nine provinces and regions (excluding Hong Kong and Macao) in the "Pan-Pearl River Delta", and the causative factors involved. It continues proposes the strategic countermeasures that Hainan should take to enhance the regional cooperation and collaborative development with its partners in the "Pan-Pearl River Delta" in light of its actual circumstances. |
