| 摘 要： | 新疆大学提出“建设中亚一流大学”的战略目标，既基于中国西部高等教育在国家利益格局中的教育安全思维，又有长期以来与中亚国家的教育交往和合作的实践基础，还有稳疆安疆、富疆兴疆的现实需要。应该在此基础上确立办学目标，为和谐中亚建设做出积极贡献。

| Abstract: | The proposal of building Xinjiang University into a first-rate university in Central Asia is based on the education safety considerations of higher-learning education in west China in the overall structure of China＇s national interest, on the long educational exchanges and cooperations with Central Asian countries, and on the needs of stabilizing and prospering Xinjiang. This paper suggests that the targets to run education be based on these considerations so as to make active contributions to the construction of a harmonious Central Asia. |
