| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济的发展,利益格局多元化的趋势进一步发展,利益分化、利益冲突现象日益严重.在构建社会主义和谐社会的过程中,必须有效地化解各种利益矛盾,解决利益冲突,从而更好地维护社会稳定.要实现这个目的,就必须建立起一套包括利益引导机制、利益协调表达机制、利益约束机制和利益补偿机制在内的利益协调机制.
