| 摘 要： | 在唐代,由于书判是朝廷科举铨选制度的一项重要内容,判文的创作颇受朝廷、士人的重视,朝野文士皆习判词.加之唐代士人对判文写作能力重视的社会风尚,促成了唐判的空前繁荣.可以说,唐代所特有的注重判词写作的选官制度以及社会风尚直接促成了判文本身的成熟和兴盛.
