人力资本所有者在知识型企业中的地位分析

With the increasing raise of scientific technology and managing skill's function in economic development,there emerged a new enterprise authority transformation theory in economic circle in 90s,20~(th )century,which believes the owner of human capital in knowledge enterprises should be in dominant position,even enterprise management structure of labor employment capital is more reasonable.It can be indicated by general economic theory and instances based on Amesican risk investment operation that the previous statements lack of reasonable logical base,and not correspondent to the real situation of economic development.
