中国共产党民主政治建设的历史经验

中国共产党自诞生以来 ,就把实现中华民族的独立、统一、富强、民主、文明作为自己的奋斗目标。在民主政治建设方面 ,党在延安时期为夺取革命战争的胜利实行过“战时民主”,在新中国成立前夕进行了人民民主专政的理论构建 ;在社会主义制度确立后的 2 0年间 ,以群众运动的方式实行“动员性的参与民主”;改革开放后 ,我国民主政治逐步步入法制化的实施阶段。文章选取三三制政权、人民民主专政理论、农村直接选举三个不同历史时期的“点”,总结党在民主政治建设方面的历史经验

The Historical Experiences of the CCP in Constructing Democratic Politics

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has been in pursuit of the realization of independence, unity, wealth and strength, democracy, and civilization of the Chinese people since its foundation. During the Yan'an Times, the CCP practiced the wartime democracy for the victory of anti Japanese war, and built the theory of people's democratic dictatorship right before the foundation of China; twenty years after the establishment of the socialism system, the Party implemented the mobilizing involvement of democracy. The democratic politics began to be institutionalized since the reformation and opening to the outside. This article summarizes the historical experiences,exemplified by three one third regime, the theory of people's democratic dictatorship, and immediate election in countryside.
