| 摘 要： | 针对如何构建和谐社会这一现实问题,应用利益相关者、企业社会责任等理论,分析了构建社会主义和谐社会过程中企业内外部利益相关者冲突的内在机理,提出把履行社会责任纳入企业战略规划体系、构建企业利益相关者约束机制的对策建议。研究结果对于强化企业社会责任、构建和谐社会具有重要的理论与实践价值。
