| 摘 要： | 在回顾国内外可持续发展指标体系研究成果的基础上,构建资源型城市可持续发展能力评价指标体系。该指标体系包括经济、资源与环境、社会三大子系统,共35个具体指标。利用灰关联分析方法对河南省5个典型资源型城市的可持续发展能力进行实证研究,结果表明,三门峡市和焦作市的可持续发展能力较强,鹤壁市和平顶山市处于中间水平,而濮阳市的可持续发展能力较弱。资源型城市要提高可持续发展能力,应尽早实现产业成功转型,重视发展外向型经济和非公有制经济,加强资源环境的综合治理和居民生活环境的改善,大力发展科教文卫等公共事业。
