摘    要:认真研究和解决农村留守儿童隔代教育问题,是中国社会由传统向现代转型过程中所面临的一个重大社会问题。对这一问题的关注程度和解决力度反映了整个国家的发展理念、社会风貌及文明水平。在"儿童是国家和民族的未来与希望"语境下,推动留守儿童问题由关注层面向解决问题层面的转变,是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。田村在长期实践中形成了其独特有效且具有普遍意义的留守儿童隔代教育模式,将其留守儿童隔代教育的成功实践从理论上予以总结,既可以为其他农村地区提供有益的经验启示,又可以为有关部门提供切实可行做法的现实依据和政策参照。
