| 摘 要： | 随着全球化战略的深入，跨国公司向发展中国家的研发投入规模也相应有了明显的增长。文章从技术创新角度出发，通过对技术需求、创新环境和技术型人力资源3个方面的研究，探讨了跨国公司研究与开发（R＆D）向发展中国家转移的内在原因。

| Abstract: | With the development of globalization, the MNCs increase their R&D investment in the developing countries besides in the developed countries. This paper analyses the intrinsic incentive of the transfer of the MNCs' R&D to the developing countries from the point of view of the technology innovation, including the demand of technology, the technology innovation environment and the technology human resource. |
