On Editor's Emotion

The emotion of the editor is the psychogical reflection of him/her of the objective matters and of the need relationship.Its essence is the editor's sense of career morality,the sense of reason in persuing truth,the sense of beauty in his/her work.The editor's emotion includes not only the general feelings of huaman being but also the chracteristics of being influenced and awaken,creative,purposeful,reasonable,non-self in the result.The editor is emotional in his/her work.His/her emotion plays an important role which may inspires the enthusiasm of the editor at most and improves the effciency of the deitor's work.Especially the editor's correct and active emotion may make him/her experience the pleasure of work,the happiness of life,promote the quality of work and life.The right orientation of the editor should be active.
