| 摘 要： | 我国经济法可诉性的薄弱已经阻碍了经济法的发展,加强对经济法可诉性实现模式的研究有助于我国经济法更好的发展和得到执行。学界现有的几种模式设想都有其自身的缺陷,要从更新经济法诉讼的理念的高度对其加以综合并创新,以利用现有诉讼机制和创设经济法特别诉讼机制相结合的模式来加强经济法的可诉性。
