论社区矫正与刑罚制度改革

社区矫正是矫正机构将罪犯放在社区里进行矫正教育,在社会团体和民间组织以及社会志愿者的协助下,有效地利用社会资源矫正教育罪犯的新型矫正方式。从目前我国社区矫正试点工作的实践来看,现行刑罚制度还难以适应社区矫正工作快速发展的需要。改革与社区矫正相关的刑罚制度,是保证我国社区矫正工作健康发展的客观要求。

Community Correction & Reform of Penalty System

Community correction is a new style correction mode,in which the community correction institute put the criminal in community,with the helping from social body,local organization and social volunteer,to correct and educate criminal by using the social resource effectively,with the helping from social body,local organization and social volunteer.Looking from the practice of our experimental unit,the actual penalty system is not fit for the rapidly development of community correction.Reform the relevant penalty about community correction is the objective need to guarantee the healthful development of community correction.on the analysis,author put forward the conceive of reforming our relevant penalty system.
