婚姻自由政策与华中革命根据地择偶方式的变迁

在传统父权制社会，包办婚姻是主要的择偶方式。华中革命根据地颁布了一系列婚姻政策、法令，确立了婚姻自由原则：结婚自由、离婚自由和再婚自由，使根据地的择偶方式发生了变化。自主婚姻开始出现，离婚案件增多，寡妇再婚得到社会认可。但婚姻自由政策的推行也遭遇了革命整体利益、传统习俗及性别矛盾的制约，自主择偶并没有成为根据地民众主要的择偶方式。

Policy of Marriage Freedom and the Change of Choosing a Spouse in Middle-China Revolution Base

In traditional patriarchy society,the arranged marriage was the main way to choose a spouse. The Mid-dle-China revolution base promulgated a lot of policies and decrees, established the principle of marriage freedom,included freedom to arrange one’ s own marriage,freedom to divorce and freedom to remarry,which made the way of choosing a spouse change in the base. The marriage act on one’ s own appeared,divorce case in-creased,widow remarry approved by society. But the policy of marriage freedom restricted by revolution whole benefit,gender contradiction and tradition custom,the way of freedom to arrange one’ s own marriage hasn’ t been the main way of choosing a spouse for the people in the base.
