杂交水稻粒叶比的遗传变异初步研究

摘    要:杂交水稻粒叶比性状具有较大的遗传变异系数,其中颖花叶比同时受加性和非加性基因控制,而实粒叶比、粒重叶比主要受非加性基因控制。三性状广义遗传力较高,但狭义遗传力较低。颖花叶比与单株颖花数、实粒叶比和粒重叶比与单株实粒、结实率及单株粒重均呈极显著正相关。实粒叶比和粒重叶比可能由同一基因系统控制。1103s、培矮64s和J413是改良实粒叶比和粒重叶比的优良亲本。

Abstract:Total spikelet to leaf ratio (TSLR) was determined by both additive and nonadditive gene effects, whereas ratio of filled spikelet to leaf(FSLR) and of grain weight to leaf (GWLR) were mainly controlled by nonadditive gene effect. Broad sense heritability for traits of GLR was high, but narrow senes heritability lower. It were found that there was highly significantly partial correlation between TSLR and total spikelet number/plant, between either FSLR or GWLR and filled spikelet number/plant, or filled spikelet percentage or grain weight/plant. Inheritance of both FSLR and GWLR could be controlled by the same gene system. 1103s, Peiai64s, J413 were good parents for improving traits like FSLR or GWLR.
