| 摘 要： | 外商直接投资(FDI)的技术外溢效应是外国直接投资内含的人力资本、研发、管理经验等无形资本的非自愿扩散。本文回顾了国内外关于FDI技术外溢效应的研究成果,分析了FDI技术外溢的作用机制,并探讨了在我国经济发展中如何更大地发挥FDI技术外溢效应的正向作用。

| Abstract: | The technology spillover effect of foreign direct investment(FDI) is involuntary diffusion of invisible capital included in FDI,such as human capital,research and development,and managerial experience.This paper reviews domestic and foreign research results about the technology spillover of FDI,analyzes the functioning mechanism of the technology spillover of FDI,and probes into how to bring the positive effect of technology spillover into play in China's economic development. |
