Ethical dilemma and legal regulation of driverless car

Combined with a series of problems caused by driverless car technology in practice, the legal issue reflection in application field of ethical aporia is focused, and the existing legal deficiency is summarized in the field of driverless car. Based on the relevance and progress of ethical issue and legal issue, the related issues caused by driverless car are interpreted from ethical and legal perspectives. A reasonable ethical stipulation is established under the framework of machine learning rules, and suggestions are proposed of perfecting relevant legal regulations in China. Namely, the connection with existing laws should be improved, the risk prevention and control mechanism should be established, the combination of legislation and professional technology should be enhanced, and the consistency of legal system should be guaranteed, so as to promote the perfection of legal regulation in the field of driverless car.
