| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着形势的发展和变化,高校学生党员发展过程中出现了一些新的问题和情况.从加强教育培训、健全发展制度、规范发展程序、加强队伍建设等四个方面,就如何做好新时期大学生党员发展工作,作出了相应的探讨,旨在保障大学生党员的发展质量.

| Abstract: | In recently years,with the development of the current situation,there appear to be some new problems and conditions in admitting Party members among university students.Some relevant research is discussed on how to improve the work of admitting student Party members in the new era from the following four aspects： strengthening education,perfecting the system,standardizing the procedure and improving the team development,so as to assure the quality of admitting these members. |
